		<description>Great post, the Tommy Boy reference was the key! I have spoken at &quot;events&quot; quite a bit mostly smaller corporate events, a couple of large events, and some mid-size ones. I also played a part with three bears. Seriously I will take the small to mid any day there is more interaction and less butterflies. And the ego boost is so much bigger at smaller venues because you can actually see that everyone is just enthralled with your genius! :)</description>
