The bank has in fact secured a mortgage against investment properties we own as a heloc and they report it as rev credit. I paid off all other rev credit and have impeccable credit. Other banks have corrected this. Bank of America refuses. I tool it to the Presidential area and I am now seeking a class action lawsuit. This affects hunderds of thousands and the damages could be in the billions to the American public.
