I have a post about it on my blog but the short version is a treasure hunt where other people hide stuf and post the gps location on geocaching.com. Bike riding is a good one, even if they aren't old enough to ride a bike. I'm having a daughter in June and soon as she's big enough, I will be that guy with the bike trailer attached on my bike pulling my daughter while I get a workout. :-) This a great list.
