There are lots of posts about the neat schwag that web advertising venues have been sending to their clients this year. Wanna know what an 8 figure + spender got this year for Christmas? Here’s the list (which will be updated as things arrive)
This could mean a few different things. Maybe I’m a dick? Maybe since we are really low maintenance for most channels our reps forget about us? (I don’t even have a Google or Yahoo! rep, and we spend millions a year on each… weird eh?) Maybe tons of stuff is on it’s way? Maybe they ALL didn’t know we had a new address since February of last year?
Who knows. All I know is I want some cool schwag tho. Maybe I should train my team to dumb it down around the holidays so even us low maintenance multimillion dollar ad spenders can get some neat schwag for Christmas too!

Hey Chris,
I actually was able to score 2 of those Google picture frames. Not sure what you get if you spend millionS, but I understand that these went out to anyone who spent 500k+ (I’m at around 1.5).
Don’t hold your breath on getting one, unless you’re ready to raise some hell :). If you really care, pop me an email and i’ll connect you with a rep who should be able to pull the switch for you.

Hey Abhilash! I appreciate the generosity, but it aint no big. I’m just having fun with it. This post was only a joke, but after re-reading it I can see why people might have taken it for serious. Totally, 100% in jest man. We get hooked up with cool schwag pretty regularly, and it’s possible some people at our company who actually pay the bills got some of the stuff sent to them.
David, if you were trying not to sound like a prick, try replacing the word “bitching” with “complaining”… it’s much less prick like. ;-)

don’t worry Chris, I got one of the Google digital picture frames and it broke within an hour. Rubbish!
